同事:「去過X酒店, 星期三有free flow紅白酒同芝士、cold cut, 二百幾蚊都幾抵。」
我:「係咩, 等我上網check吓先。」
我:「唉呀! 一月一日起加咗價喎! 噢, 咪住, 有promotion到二十八號仲係舊價喎! 嘩! 等我book定位先!」

下晝三點左右打去, 竟然鈴咗好耐都無人聽.... 遲啲再打囉...
下晝六點左右打去, 竟然又鈴咗好耐都無人聽.... 唔係卦... 今次唔收線, 我等!
終於應該係飛咗去前台接聽: 「.... X hotel, how may I help you?」
我:「我想book你哋X bar個wine session! 4位21號。」
前台:「8 pm? 請問姓名同電話。」
我:「係呀! Vix mAMa, 電話abcdefgh。」
前台:「21號4位, Vix mAMa, V-I-X M-A-M-A, 電話abcdefgh。」
我:「全對! 唔該晒。價錢會係網上promotional price, 舊價架呵?!」
前台:「Promational price我唔肯定, 會請X bar同事儘快覆你。」
我:「好呀! 唔該晒。」

X bar:「Hello, I am calling from X bar, and would like to confirm your reservation for tonight.」
一開口竟然講英文?! 話晒呢度係香港, 見到我個姓都知唔係西人啦...
我:「I did not book tonight, I booked 21st wine session.」
X bar:「Is your name Victor Ma?」
我:「Not Victor, Vix mAMa.」
X bar:「You did not make a reservation yet? 」
我:「I have made a reservation, only not for tonight, but 21st.」
X bar:「Victor, do you want to confirm the reservation?」
我:「Vix mAMa....I called earlier for the reservation」
X bar:「Victor Ma on 21st at 3pm tea session.」
我:「Vix mAMa, wine session... 8 pm」
X bar:「OK, V. Ma on 21st at 8pm wine session.」
我差啲嘔白泡...
我:「I am just waiting for the confirmation of the promotional price HK$2xx.」
X bar:「Oh, that's our old price, we have new price since Jan. 1.」
我:「I know that, but I found the promotion in your website. It is until Jan. 28.」
X bar:「What is the promotion until?」
我:「Jan. 28!」
X bar:「Is it this year?」
今次真係嘔白泡...
我:「It is in your website, perhaps you can check.」
X bar:「Could you please indicate where you found the promotion.」
吓, 問我你個website嘅嘢喺邊度?! 你估我係你個IT同事咩 (汗")
我:「I cannot indicate now, but I cap the screen, perhaps I can send it to you by e-mail. Could you please let me know your e-mail address.」
X bar:「Oh, sure! It is xxx@xhotel.com. I don't really know about this promotion.」
我簡直覺得佢係火星人, 溝通唔到...
